Need Help to Rehost Altera License

Dear Support,

I was unable to Reply the previous Message somehow. I have tried 2 types of browsers, but same result.

Anyway, I now repost it with the required information:

Name : Hong Li

Email Address : holi@infinera.com

Company Name : Infinera

Company Address : No. 232 Block C, Liang Jing Road, Pudong, Shanghai, P.R.China

Rehost/change details

OLD and NEW NICID(Mac Add) :

Old MAC: 005056b944c1

New MAC: 005056bc6197

Please give me an email address or a way to send the original license file.

    You can refer to the guidelines below on how to rehost the license from one computer to another.

    Do note that you have a total of three rehosts for each license.

    The SSLC page tracks the number of rehosts for each software and IP product. To view this information, navigate to Licenses > All Licenses in the SSLC menu bar.

    The available rehosts are displayed in the last column of the table.
