Need help moving newly purchased licenses

Hello,

I require Intel's help assigning recently purchased SW-ONE-QUARTUS (3EA) licenses and a TSE license. These licenses were purchased by the Navy. I can no longer access my SSLC account using my Navy email address due to stupid Azure and a cross-tenant issue which blocks access to SSLC log in. The Navy blocks access and Intel won't do anything about it. So now I have set up a new SSLC account using my Yahoo email. Last year Intel helped with assigning all of our lab's licenses to my new Yahoo SSLC account. Can someone please private message me so I can provide the Intel Order # and account to move them from and to my new SSLC account. Thank you.

      Hello,

      I did not need Premier Support six months ago when Intel Support helped me with older licenses due to my Azure log in issue. I tried last week replying to the last email that I got from Intel Support (Nov 2024) and I never got a reply. Now I cannot figure out how to submit an online help request the way that I first did with this Azure login issue back in Aug 2023. It is very frustrating.
