Generating a license what NOT the question that I had asked.

I am working on consolidating access for my departments licensing and the admins ALL no NOT have access to the same licensing information, I am working to rectify that.

Therefore, I need assistance with delegated admin rights for licensing.

Why has it taken over a month just for a response?

Could someone please contact me in regards to my issue? It has been 15 days since I responded with clarifying the specific issue.
