Any update on this? Do you observe similar issue with supported OS?

I would suggest uninstall Quartus & Questa (everything related to Altera software) and reinstall again.


Do take note that you may try to install Altera software on the non-supported OS but you will have to bear your own risk and there will be no technical support as well.
