ModelSim/Questa does not include external IP repo files

I think the error occurs because the files is encrypted. Perhaps it could give you an idea what might goes wrong.
I am not familiar with the Spatial IP simulation flow, so I would recommend following the user guide for guidance.

Have the Quartus able to run the Analysis & Synthesis successfully before you run RTL simulation?
I tried to editing them into spatial_first_run_msim_rtl_vhdl.do, but quartus regenerates it every run.
> The Quartus will regenerate and overwrite the default .do file. If you would like to modify the .do file, copy & create a new name .do file, and run it directly in the Questa simulator tool.

Yes that worked!
Now I get a new error
# ** Error: C:/Users/mads/Desktop/test/ip_repo/altera_ai_ip/verilog/spatial_ip/common/strm_wrap.sv(43): in protected region
