ModelSim Starter Edition License

Hi,

I am working in Samsung Electronics corp. in Korea.

I'd like to use ModelSim Starter Edition in my office. Before using ModelSim Starter Edition in my office, I have to submit End User License Agreement (EULA) or confirmation via Q&A.

So, is there any commercial and legal problem when I use ModelSim Starter Edition in my office ??

If there is any legal problem, I will not use ModelSim Starter Edition in my office.
