As I understand it from the documentation link that you shared, it seems like it is updated to 19.3 only but not 20.2. As a workaround, I would recommend you to use R2019a as generally for newer Quartus version, it will be backward compatible with the previous latest version of Matlab.

Thank you, Chee. I am currently using 2019a for this reason, and I am hoping that Intel can give an official recommendation.
