License Issue in Lite 22.1

Hi,
I downloaded latest Lite edition and write a simple program
When i run simulation in university program VWF. I got error about license.
I need help asap.

Unable to checkout a license. Make sure your license file environment variable (e.g., LM_LICENSE_FILE)

is set correctly and then run 'lmutil lmdiag' to diagnose the problem.

Unable to checkout a license. Vsim is closing.

** Error: Invalid license environment. Application closing.

    I resolved it.
    It was environmental variable issue.
    Created new variable and gave the path to license file. It resolved.

    Hello,

    Quartus 22.1 uses Questa simulator. A free license for Intel Starter Edition must be requested and installed on your computer. Method described on Quartus download pages and recently discussed in this forum.

      Hi,
      I downloaded it and followed that method. Although i didn't install anything for Questa. Do i also need to download it as well?

    hello sir

    recently i downloaded quartus prime 22.1 std version and downloaded license also but i got this message and also when i am starting simple example hello world using niosv processor the .sof file is not generated in output files please give me suggestion sir tq
