I resolved it. It was environmental variable issue. Created new variable and gave the path to license file. It resolved.Thanks

Hello,
Quartus 22.1 uses Questa simulator. A free license for Intel Starter Edition must be requested and installed on your computer. Method described on Quartus download pages and recently discussed in this forum.

I resolved it.
It was environmental variable issue.

recently i downloaded quartus prime 22.1 std version and downloaded license also but i got this message and also when i am starting simple example hello world using niosv processor the .sof file is not generated in output files please give me suggestion sir tq
