License Issue in Lite 22.1

Hi, I downloaded latest Lite edition and write a simple program When i run simulation in university program VWF. I got error about license. I need help asap. Thanks Unable to checkout a license....

    I resolved it.
    It was environmental variable issue.
    Created new variable and gave the path to license file. It resolved.

Hello,

Quartus 22.1 uses Questa simulator. A free license for Intel Starter Edition must be requested and installed on your computer. Method described on Quartus download pages and recently discussed in this forum.

    Hi,
    I downloaded it and followed that method. Although i didn't install anything for Questa. Do i also need to download it as well?
