Is there any way to chat with / email a license specialist

Question

I need help with getting my licenses moved to another PC. My old log-ins for Intel /Altera are no longer valid (I guess they purged the list) it had been a few years since I had tried. Anyway, I really would like to talk to a human being Can someone please get me started ?

Welcome to INTEL forum. You could rehost/transfer you license in SSLC, follow the guidance and rehost in SSLC.
