Is it allowed to use cloud environment for Questa and its license server?

Thank you for your comment. By your commet, I underestand that no problem to host license server in MS Azure. Seciton 1.6 in your link seems valuable for me and I would start license server following this.

Regarding Questa, I have to use an Azure environment (a VMs) prepared by our Azure Platform support team. So, I have to download and install Questa on VM prepared by them, as the same as ordinally physical machine. Am I correct in understanding that there is no problem this, as well?
