Intel self service license

Question

Dear Sr/MadamI need a licence for Questasim Free for my school assignment. When I tried to login I always get this following error, how can I resolve this error please.Below is the error.AADSTS90072: User account 'luca.drago.f32341@mcast.edu.mt' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/255bebb6-afe8-4d45-acc9-dc7ddc9479fe/' does not exist in tenant 'Intel Corporation' and cannot access the application 'a4bf2acc-2f07-4b69-9256-220f57a7a43d'(B2B_MFA_Reset_35879) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Are you able to successfully login before?

You may try below troubleshooting first.

Clear your browser cache
Restart browser
Restart your computer PC

Then login into your Intel account and see if the issue persists.

If the login issue still persists, you may consider filing a ticket regarding your login issue.
