I tried to download Quart prime Lite 16.1 edition by pressing on the download symbol and agreed on the terms but nothing is downloaded? What is the problem?

Have you tried to use different browser e.g IE, M Edge and Mozilla. Assuming you have no internet issue in term of speed and stability..

I have tried any number of browsers. Nothing works.. PERIOD. When you hover over the download arrow, a "javascript:void(0)" appears down in the left corner.
