I purchased your company's Intel FPGA development license, but the license has not been delivered to

I purchased your company's Intel FPGA development license, but the license has not been delivered to the person in charge. The project is stalled due to the undelivered license.
Please let me know the status of the license delivery.

    Definitely more details needed, but first thing to try would be to go to https://licensing.intel.com and see if you can generate the license using the email address used to purchase the license.

      I asked my representative to go to https://licensing.intel.com and try to generate a license using the email address used to purchase the license, but they were unable to do so.
      Please let me know the information I need to investigate further.
