I have renewed an expired license and received a new license file. When I point to the new license file location in License Setup, it seems to find the new license and accepts it when I press OK. When I close and re-open it finds only previous file?

I am not using the LM environment variable. I using Windows 10. Thanks for helping!!!

    Welcome to INTEL forum. Have you try remove the old license.dat file? For safety, save the old license at external before remove and restart pc and point the new license location in License Setup,
