New ContributorI have installed Quartus Prime on a Win 10 PC. When I use the programmer application it won't recognize the presence of my USB Blaster.
I used to use Quartus II version 14 on a Win 7 PC and had no problems programming devices. The Win 7 PC will eventually not be supportable and I'd like to transfer the functionality to a newer Win 10...
