I have downloaded MAXPLUS2 software. I applied for a licence on website which said it would be e-mailed to me, but I have not received a reply.

I then got the following acknowledgement saying that a licence would be e-mailed to me:

However, I waited 3 days but did not receive an e-mail.

We encourage you to summit license request base on your PC NIC ID number rather than using hard disk volume serial number. Kindly apply again using this link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/f/download/licensing/lic-max2baseline.html
