https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/ connection problem

I'm not able to connect to https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/ to download either Quartus Prime or Lite or to download Modelsim from it's respective location. I've tried multiple browsers on a couple different OS. Also pinging showed that it wasn't available.
