how to get license...

first of all... I can't use english well... so I can't get this license for 2 weeks. I try to get this license but I can't. If I click "create new license" you say

"You do not have any products for which you can create a new license.

Contact Customer Service for assistance."

I want to simulate on quartus.... pls help

I don't know how to get LAC..... If you don't mind please give me

1. MGLS_LICENSE_FILE

2. LM_LICENSE_FILE.

this files....

    Welcome to INTEL forum. Apologize for the inconvenience happen. Sorry as I read through the Case description, I am not sure on what is the specific enquiry. What license are you looking for and? For the LAC, did you purchase license of Quartus or Dev.kit? Can you provide the order number to this?

    Would you mind helping to further elaborating on what is the specific request?
