How to build a sequencer in Quartus schematic?

Hi, I'm new to Quartus software and I'm designing a control unit for a small computer in Quartus schematic. I need a sequencer for my control unit as a clock generator. what should I do?

Is there any block in the wizard section that I can use? if not, how can I build its circuit?

I need something like the below picture:

    You can use d flip flop block diagram to create sequencer as your entry design. Refer to link below for details about dff and how to use it.
