How do I configure multiple licenses in Quartus prime pro?

For the project specific requirement, I need a license for "Nios v/m microcontroller for Intel FPGA IP". If I generate a standalone evaluation license for 90 days, I'm able to see this option in the ...

Do you mean that Nios V license along with 90 days Quartus evaluation license will be generated as a single file?

I haven't done it myself but that's what it looks like when I go into the SSLC.
