Hi - I have an old Altera Cylcone 3 Development Kit - all the original CDs, box and hardware. I'd like to install Quartus II v13.1 to work with the board but it says I need a license key. How can I get the license key to activate?

The CDs with the product do not have any serial numbers I can see on them. The board has identifiers per below: ALT6XX40444ROC S00214500061052L0551 P001145000610520276 007ED1185F8
