Hello, I would like to learn info about nand flash controller SSL/TLS and 10Gb ethernet ip cores for FPGAs including technical/pricing

For instance FPGA: Altera EP4CE40F2317N Cyclone 4 Which ip cores are needed for 1G/10G backplane ethernet connection and SSL encryption with this model?
