FPGA Quartus License Renewal Help

Hello,

I'm reaching out today as I need some help with renewing a license for Quartus FPGA Programmer for one of the members of my team. I was not with the company the last time renewal occurred and I just created my own Intel account, but I can't seem to get a clear read on the best way to renew this active license for my team. I have the 'your license will expire in X amount of days' emails forwarded to me from his account, but when I click the link it's a bit tricky to figure the best way to go. I'm trying to do this renewal as seamlessly as possible, so any advice on accomplishing that would be appreciated.
