Floating Questa License Not Working

Hello,

I purchased a floating Quartus license and as part of this I understand that Questa is included. When I generate the license using the intel self service licensing portal I can see it is included in the license file. However when using Questa and pointing it to the license server, it does not register that the license is available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
