New ContributorCompile makes it 75% of the way through and then get’s stuck with a “Warning (292008): All instances of floating feature 6EEC_0004 are currently in use, waiting for one to become available..." again. It seems like during the compile process it tries to check out a license multiple times, but since the license is never relinquished it gets stuck.

2) lmutil lmstat –a –c <port>@<server> in BOTH server and client machine.
3) Quartus version use
4) Client machine OS use
5) screenshot of error message
