Could you invoke the standalone Questa FPGA Starter Edition software? No

Could you share the license file .dat ? Ok at the atachments

    Do you observe any license checkout error message when invoke the Questa?

    The license file seems fine. *Make sure the NIC ID is correct.

    Do you set any other variable like MGLS_LICENSE_FILE or SALT_LICENSE_FILE?
    Those variables take precedence over the LM_LICENSE_FILE.
    If so, you may keep LM_LICENSE_FILE while ensure the others are deleted. Or you may set all variable to the license path.
    *Make sure the license path is valid and exist.
