Error happened during adding some VIP component with Qsys

Hi , my Quartus version is 11.1 build 173.

When I opened Qsys and tried to add some VIP component like Test Pattern, a error

pop up as below.

Error: Unable to load native library: C:\altera\11.1\quartus\cusp\bin\cusp111_utils.dll: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem

Error: classFileName was jar:file:/C:/altera/11.1/quartus/cusp/bin/cusp-engine.jar!/com/altera/etc/cusp/edg/ParserLink.class

Error: An instance of Test Pattern Generator could not be created.

The component had an unexpected internal error.

    definitely install 11.1sp1 for "the FIFO bug" alone

    i haven't seen a CuSP bug like that. can you try launching Quartus as Administrator (use right click on the launch icon)

    Would you please help me add a Test pattern with Qsys and check it out if there is a error pop-up?

    I have checked the md5 of the setup file, and installed a new OS(win2003).

    I have solved this problem after installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package.
