Error happened during adding some VIP component with Qsys

Hi , my Quartus version is 11.1 build 173. When I opened Qsys and tried to add some VIP component like Test Pattern, a error pop up as below. ===========================================...

i haven't seen a CuSP bug like that. can you try launching Quartus as Administrator (use right click on the launch icon)

Would you please help me add a Test pattern with Qsys and check it out if there is a error pop-up?

I have checked the md5 of the setup file, and installed a new OS(win2003).
