Encryption logics for Cyclone V

Hello,

I designed some logics for Cyclone V.
And I want to encrypt these RTL files into IPs and send them to our business partner.
They will connect their own logics and mine, and compile it by Quartus Prime Standard Edition.

Can I fulfill the purpose I mentioned above?
If I and our partnar have to use Ampcrypt/Amplic tools, I'd like to know how to use it.

    Did you receive any documentation about the Ampcrypt/Amplic tools?

    No, I didn't.

    Just I have found other posts that mentioned about these tools.
