Downgrade from Pro to Standard?

Hello,

I have downloaded and installed Quartus Prime Pro, but I have since discovered that it does not support Cyclone V FPGAs.
Only the standard and lite versions of Quartus Prime support Cyclone V FPGAs AFAIK.
I would like to know if there is a way to downgrade to the standard version without uninstalling the pro version and having to download the standard version again?

Std and Pro are separate Installations, no downgrade possible. You can keep the Pro installation unless you run out of disc space.

And no need to downgrade the license. Same license for Pro and Standard.

  • Can I work on Quartus Prime Standard with "Questa*-Intel® FPGAs Pro Edition Software Version 23.3"? or should I use the "Questa*-Intel® FPGAs Standard Edition Software Version 22.1.2"?
And may I know what is the difference between those and Starter Edition?

I want to know what version that will support the SystemVerilog verification capabilities.

Questa std should be working with Quartus STD. I suggest to install new Quartus STD package. Lot easier.
