Device support in Intel Quartus Prime Pro

I have installed the Quartus Prime Pro version and we have purchased a license for this version of the tools.

I am trying to open a Project generated by the Quartus Prime Edition version using an Arria 10 FPGA.

The tools generate a message saying that the Arria 10 FPGA is not supported with this version,

The only FPGA family supported is the Cyclone 10 GX.

    Either you didn't install Arria 10 support or you are running in free mode because the license isn't recognized.
