Detect CDC issue using Quartus Prime Standard version

I would like to check the CDC issues in my design and what I get so far is from the Clock Transfer Report, there are different clock transfers. But I still cannot determine whether there is a CDC issue.

Are there other ways to do this? I am using Quartus Prime Standard version
