Dear Sirs, I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Cagliari (Italy) and I got an university license for software Quartus Prime. I have recently changed my laptop, so the old licence file does not work anymore. How can I get a new licence file?

Welcome to INTEL forum. You can apply for license by going to https://software.intel.com/en-us/fpga-academic/membership-details and fill up the License Request Form. If a student requires a license request, please have their professor submit a licenses request. Only professors can make these requests.
