    If you plan to go for the latest Quartus version, which I would recommend, then all is good. If, for whatever reason, you need to get Quartus version 15, then there must be a valid NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) between Intel and your company.

    Let me know if an NDA exists, and I will send you an email to get the required information.

    If there is no NDA signed, please contact your local Intel sales representative or distributors (e.g., Arrow, Macnica) to sign a new NDA, and they will help you request the specific software as well.

Quartus Prime 15.1 is discontinued from public download. You will not be able to find it anymore.

You will need to download the latest supported Quartus version 23.1.1 for the Cyclone 10 LP device, or an older version like 17.0 if you do not want to jump too much between versions.
