Compilation

I have a problem trying to implement a code about a decoder BCD in the actual version of quartus. I watched a video in YT and I did the same procedure, but the same results are not reflected. So, my suspicion is in the version of quartus that I use, ‘cause in the video use the version of 5 years ago and is the only variable I see different. I need clarification of the topic or if there is something that I do not take into account
