CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template) – Version 6.5

  • This template is used to report the use of conflict minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold, or 3TG).
  • "Conflict minerals" are sourced from conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRAs), and the CMRT is designed to comply with SEC’s Dodd-Frank Act Section 1502.
  • Version 6.5 is just a version number of the template; the most recent may be 6.31 or earlier (as of mid-2025, RMI may not have released v6.5 yet).

EMRT (Extended Minerals Reporting Template) – Version 2.0

  • This is a newer template that extends reporting to cobalt and mica.
  • Used similarly to CMRT, but focused on materials not covered by Dodd-Frank but still considered high-risk.
