Change the registered email address of an account with a active license

Intel support

I changed my company name and email address.

I have an active license (Quartus Prime) and would like to do the following:

・Change the email address for this account to a new email address.
or
・Transfer all licenses to a newly created account with a new email address

    Thanks to your support, I was able to change my account.
    I was able to go to the license center and confirm that I had a license.
