Case #: 06424688.

Hello.

To whom it corresponds.

I am still waiting for a call on Case #: 06424688.

We really need to resolve this issue before current server is retired by our Global IT department end of this month/year.

    That post contain more information on the issues explain which is useful for our engineer to check further, hence would recommend following up with that post for this issues.

      Issue has not been resolved. I've replied to a tech via community forum and hope he' s working in finding a solution. I added attachments including licenses and client snapshots.
