I found that the link for 20.1.1 (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software-kit/660907/intel-quartus-prime-lite-edition-design-software-version-20-1-1-for-windows.html) does not have any file content when opened, but versions 20.1 and 21.1 are normal. Could you please tell me how to download QuartusLiteSetup-20.1.1.720-windows.exe?

It was probably taken down because 21.1 fixed whatever the .1 patch was for. Is there a reason why you need that specific version instead of a newer one?
