Cannot simulate GPIO intel FPGA IP with QUESTA 23.3

Hey,

I use Quartus 23.3 and Quest 23.3
I am trying to do a simulation for GPIO intel FPGA IP
but without success.

In an error message it was written to me that the librarie does not exist.

Another question,
With QUESTA, I use to simulation ALTDDIO IP (which is actually the old version of the IP, in QUARTUS 18.1)
1. Should QUESTA run simulations for old modules?
2. Is QUESTA supposed to come with all the new libraries of the 23.3 updated IPs?
3. Should I manually add libraries to QUESTA?
