can we use the license of Quartus pro in the Quartus standard ver ? if yes them how can we use cyclone v in std ver?

I just want work on cyclone v soc fpga so as per your previous reply its is not available in Quartus pro ver then you suggest me to use Quartus standard ver . Now i have Quartus standard ver and in that i am using quartus pro ver license file then on runing program it showing that you do not have valid license file . I did not understand .

so please tell me how can i start with cyclone v .

    1) license.dat file

      I am attaching license.dat file with this so please take care of privacy and give us a solution so we can on track as soon as possible . we need to focus on cyclone v .

      Its is a copy file of license file .
