Can an older MAX II (EPM1270T144C5N) POF file be imported and reversed into logic equations or a design file of sorts?

I have a very old .POF file, for the above device, that I do not have the original design files for. We are redesigning the circuitry around the CPLD and would like to find if there was a reverse process to generate a set of logic equations. It would save time from having to black box inspect the HW timing directly and other methods we'd employ. In searching these forums, I'm not optimistic.
