Both intel Quartus 19.1 version and DSP Builder 19.1 version are not compatible with each other

It seems both intel Quartus 19.1 version and DSP Builder 19.1 version are not compatible with each other.

Initially installed Quartus 19.1 from Intel downloads. Later I received DSP version 19.1 from the download page.

Here is the error message. Quartus version is 19.1.0.240 and DSP is 19.1.0.670:

Are there any alternative downloads available with identical version number? Or can you suggest a work around here?

    Do you able to install the DSP builder successfully?

      Yes. Thanks for the help. Your solution gave me access to DSP Builder installation on my PC
