New ContributorBoth intel Quartus 19.1 version and DSP Builder 19.1 version are not compatible with each other
Hi OP,
You will need to install the DSP builder from the Quartus Prime Design Suite.
Execute the "QuartusProSetup-19.1.0.240-windows.exe" instead of "DSPBuilderProSetup-19.1.0.240-windows.exe". Then select the DSP Builder Pro Edition in the Select Components window.
