I am using Windows 10 with Quartus 16.1 and 18.1 without any issue, I recommend you to check if the tool has a inflection with any other software and to disable the antivirus then reinstall the tool again.

    No matter how many times I try consistently get the same errors. I did what you told me to do and I get the same errors.

    I've been trying the same thing over and over again, I don't know what to try next. What should I do now?
