All licenses are not visible.

Until 2018, I accessed "https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html" to use QUARTUS, MODELSIM, etc.

However, after the site was renewed, I recreated my account and logged in, but none of my license information is visible.

    Most probably the license file got expired. I would suggest you to generate new license file your setup.
