Agilex 7 support in latest Quartus Prime Pro 24.3

Did you forget to install the device package (.qdz) for Agilex 7? You can download the .qdz and install after the fact or use the web installer.

Can you send us the link where you download the quartus?

I did try to include the Agilex 7 part when download the software.

Also, I try to install the Agilex 7 support. It did include the Agilex 7 support already. Please refer to the screen dump in the attachment.

Stupid question: so in the New Project Wizard, are you saying that in the Family pop-up list, all you see is Cyclone 10 GX (what you show in Capture_1.jpg)?

I'd uninstall and reinstall if that's the case.

We have just fixed the problem. After using the 30 days trial license, the issue is gone. I guess the problem can be fixed with using the proper license.

Yes. In the "Device" pop-up list, there is only "Cyclone 10" if no proper license specified.
