About the scope of the license

Hello.

In our environment, it is currently possible to use the SW-QUESTA license.

I understand that I can use Questa by issuing this license, but is it possible to use ModelSim?

I am considering installing Quartus Std Edition Ver. 2022.1 in order to use ModelSim, but I don't know if there are any licensing issues, so I would like to ask.

    Modelsim not need any license. You may use modelsim straightaway.
