10CL010YU256I7G　FPGA Burning failed

Yes ,pls check attached photos and help to analyze the reasons.

problem description:

1, when we Burning programs ,it shows fail (Blank check fail )

2.when we didn't select blank check ,it passed .

3, but we have to select blank check due to our RD's requirement

4,when we change another part ,the burning passed .we use 100pcs ,and have 4 pcs failed .
